Wrap Party

At my very first wrap party, I will be showing you how to wrap, fill and cook stuffed vine leaves. I'll include explanations on spicing, flavour fillings and a trick to stop them unravelling while they cook. I'll provide you, not only with the dolma you have made but also with a recipe for you to take home. Please don't forget to bring your own container for your take away dolma. 

While we wait for the dolma to cook, we will have a supper of Middle Eastern mezze, including:

Stuffed vine leaves (obviously)

Home made hummus

Spinach ftayer (pastries)

Roast cauliflower with tahini

Fattoush salad

Pickles

Arabic Bread

To drink I'll be serving a soft drink that is popular throughout the Middle East and makes use of an Arabic cupboard staple. Other drinks will also be available for purchase from Sketch.
