I grew up in a family of many generations of cooks and that's how I caught the spark. My food is influenced by my Palestinian and Irish backgrounds, my love of Italy and the many friends I have from across the globe. Everything I cook is made not just because I have to eat but because I enjoy exploring foods, flavours, cultures and techniques and I hope you'll enjoy sharing this journey with me.
