About Me
I grew up in a family of many generations of cooks and that's how I caught the spark. My food is influenced by my Palestinian and Irish backgrounds, my love of Italy and the many friends I have from across the globe. Everything I cook is made not just because I have to eat but because I enjoy exploring foods, flavours, cultures and techniques.
In 2018 I started hosting Supper Clubs around York of both Palestinian and Italian food. This grew into a business where I presented people with Middle Eastern food that they love, either because they've had it previously or because I had opened their palates to something new and exciting.
I now work privately, providing Middle Eastern food for small and large gatherings as well as for families looking for a better balanced diet.
